We focus on long-term residential rentals. The minimum period is typically 12 months for most properties, though some listings specify 6 months. We do not offer short-term or holiday rentals through this website.
Submit a viewing request through the property page or contact us directly via WhatsApp. We review all requests personally and confirm viewings within 24–48 hours. Viewings are never automatically confirmed — we check availability and contact you to arrange a suitable time.
We typically require a deposit equivalent to two months' rent, paid before the start of the tenancy. The deposit is held in accordance with local regulations and returned within the legal timeframe after the tenancy ends, subject to the condition of the property.
