Our Story
M2 Properties is a family-owned residential property business. We own, manage and rent a carefully selected portfolio of apartments across Poland and beyond, all under direct family management.
We started in Warsaw in the 1990s, trading as Turnaround. Through the 2010s we let apartments as najem365 - a name that said plainly what mattered to us: homes available and looked after all year round.
M2 Properties is the same family and the same way of working, at a scale the earlier names no longer covered - we now let beyond Poland as well. The name stays personal: the initials of the two founders, the two Ms it all began with. The portfolio keeps growing; the principles do not.
Our Approach
We own what we rent
Every apartment in our portfolio belongs to the family. You are always dealing with the owner, never an agency or a third-party manager.
Long-term over short-term
We focus exclusively on long-term residential tenancies. We want stable, happy tenants, not constant turnover.
